What is Check-in/ Check-out time? Is early check-in and late check-out available?


We know you are traveling through some amazing country and we do not want to rush you thats why you may arrive at any time. If you arrive after hours and have a valid Credit card on file with us we make it simple for you to go directly to your room when you arrive. No special instructions are needed, everything will be waiting for you at the office door at the motel. A simple email or phone call (435)679-8998 or even a simple text to (435)574-9432 letting us know that you will arrive late is welcome, but not required. If you would like to arrive early Please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to have your room ready by the time you arrive.




Is smoking allowed in your rooms?


No smoking of any kind is allowed inside guest rooms. There are areas outside that smoking is permitted we just ask that you be respectful of other guests




Do you have Wi-Fi internet access?


We provide complimentary high speed Wi-Fi.




What is your cancellation policy?


72 hour cancellation notice is required for all reservations. If you are unable to cancel within 72 hours, need to shorten your stay or check out early, you will be responsible for all reservation fees. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.




Do you have cribs available?


Yes, complimentary port-a-cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability. We do not provide rollaway mattresses due to fire and Safety regulations.




Do you provide breakfast?


We provide a simple Oatmeal and Granola bars breakfast in the rooms. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided in your room.




Are pets allowed?


No, Sorry in respect for all of our guests we do not allow pets in our rooms.




Do I need to arrange for late arrival?

How can I get the quietest available room?


We are a very small motel with only 7 total rooms the King Terrace rooms are at the back of the motel away from the road. These rooms are more sought after and usually book up first if you would like one of these you must book in advance we will not be able to move you into one at check-in. The Queen Roadside Rooms are at the front of the motel facing the road and close to the vehicle parking. The highway is busy during the day, but not highly traveled at night and the road noise is minimal during the night. These rooms are available at a discounted rate for travelers looking for an economy stay.

Check-In / Check-Out Policies

 

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies. 
 

Check-In: 3 PM

Check-Out: 11 AM

Check-in Policy: Office hours: 3 P.M. to 7 P.M.   If you would like to arrive before 3 pm please contact us by phone prior to arrival to make arrangements.  If you would like to arrive later than 7 pm with a valid credit card number we will make arrangements for you to go directly to your room upon arrival.

Property and Cancellation Policies:

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations or changes need to be made within 3 days of the time of arrival. You are responsible for the room charge no exceptions will be made with in 3 days of the reservation.We do not charge a deposit or prepayment ahead of time unless requested by guest. Any Deposit of prepayment if requested is non-Refundable for any reason even if made 3 prior to arrival.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

Bybee's Steppingstone Motel is a privately held company and we reserve the right to refuse service.  We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during you stay with us.  We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secured.

 

Deposit Policy: A Valid credit card number is due at the time the reservation is made in order to make/ guarantee a reservation. We do not charge anything before arrival unless otherwise
requested. The reservation total is due upon checking-in.

 

Pet Policy: Bybee's Steppingstone Motel does not allow pets in the rooms.  Please make arrangements prior to arrival.

 

Damage Policy:  Any damages or stolen items will be charged to the customer in full.

 

Smoking Policy: For the consideration of others, Bybee's Steppingstone Motel offers a non-smoking facility and smoking inside the rooms will not be tolerated. Designated smoking areas are available.

 

Any Violation of these policies could result in fees.

 

Taxes:  Applicable taxes subject to change without notice. 

 

The Bybee's Steppingstone reserves the right to alter or cancel this reservation at any time.
